Yoga Classes
This class is intended to give you space and place to reset your energy for the week ahead. This class is for all experience levels. We will incorporate poses and breathing along with strength, flexibility, and balance. Please bring your own mat. Blocks, straps, and blankets are optional.
Dates: Nov. 10 and 17, Dec. 1 and 8 (Sunday evenings)

We will incorporate poses and breathing to help calm our mind and gain strength, flexibility and balance. Please bring a yoga mat to class. The use of props is encouraged within our class but not required. Yoga props to bring/consider are: block(s), a strap and blanket.
